A virtual office isn’t a full-time workspace for your business. With our virtual office packages, you register your business at our workspace and your company benefits from having a prestigious address in a leading location. Our business address belongs to real workplaces. If you need a physical space to work, you can choose a virtual office package to access our Co-Working Center and work there whenever you want. With our Co-Working Center package, you can work from an office suite or coworking desk for five days each month. Alternatively, our office suites or coworking membership give you access to a private office suite or coworking desk as often as you need. In most cases, a Virtual Office can be used for business licensing. Some industries have restrictions, but the majority of businesses we work with have had their licensing approved with a Virtual Office. Some Alliance centers will also hang the company’s license at their office location. Please chat online with Alliance’s support team or contact us for specifics on each center.
A Virtual Office address can usually be included on the Articles of Organization for LLC or entity registration. We advise reviewing the requirements in your state as regulations change from time to time.
With our mail forwarding service, you can choose how often you receive your mail, e.g. weekly or monthly, rather than collecting your mail in person. We also offer digital mail scanning, alongside other mail handling options. Fees may apply. Details on the various mail handling options are provided during checkout when you buy online or via the sales team.
No. There is no fee to pick up mail from your Virtual Office address. You can visit your center to collect mail as often as you like during business hours. Up to three people can be nominated to collect mail on behalf of your company (ID required).
This process legally authorizes us to handle mail on your behalf. This is a requirement under U.S. Postal Service regulations to safeguard your business against fraud and other concerns such as identity theft. You will need to complete, sign, and notarize CMRA FORM 1583 so that Alliance and our center partners can receive mail on your behalf. This process must be completed each time you set up a Virtual Office or a new business address with Alliance Virtual Offices. My company uses a DBA. Can I receive mail addressed to both the company name and its DBA at my Virtual Office address? Yes, but there is an additional fee per DBA. Each Virtual Office address is unique to one business entity which can include any DBAs registered to that company. Alternatively, mail forwarding can be added to any Virtual Office plan quickly and easily. Mail can be forwarded on a daily, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis, starting from just $10 (plus postage or courier costs).
With our phone answering service, our professional receptionists will answer your calls in your company name. They’ll transfer calls to you or take messages on your behalf. If someone drops in to see you unexpectedly, they’ll let the visitor know you’re elsewhere that day.
If you choose to take either an office or coworking membership, along with your virtual office package, you’ll be able to work from any workspace either five or ten days a month – or you can choose unlimited access. You simply book your coworking desk or private office suite, where and when you need it via our app.
Yes. Simply tell us how many people will need it when you book.
All our day office rental suites have shared receptions, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. If you want to book the Conference room, please speak to the Community Liaison.
Yes. If you'd like to order a food delivery, the Community Liaison will accept this for you. Coffee & tea is available for all.
The community team will assign you a suitable day office depending on your requirements and what’s available on the day.
The setup fee is a one-time charge for new Virtual Office agreements, currently $200. This charge covers the cost of our comprehensive onboarding process. Read more about the setup fee here. Unlike our competitors, we don’t charge a setup fee for Live Receptionist plans, Virtual Phone plans, Conference Suite rentals, or coworking subscriptions its all included in the set up fee.
Yes, please speak with your Community Liaison for an access pass.
Yes. Our day offices can be securely locked if you need to step away for any reason.
Generally, we can’t promise this. However, as it depends on availability, the community team may be able to arrange this.
